Rekova
The approach

How we think about recovery

Four ideas that decide what we make, how we describe it, and what we leave out. They are also the quickest way to tell whether Rekova is for you.

Small and often, not heroic

A two-minute habit you keep is worth more than a forty-minute session you do twice and abandon. Everything here is built to be short enough that you actually come back to it - which is why the routines are measured in minutes, not workouts.

Simple tools over gadgets

Recovery does not need charging, pairing, or a subscription. A ball and a piece of steel have worked for a long time because there is very little to get wrong and nothing to break. We would rather sell you one thing that lasts than a device you replace.

For ordinary bodies

Most recovery products are sold to people already deep in training. The tightness from a desk, a long shift, or carrying a toddler is just as real, and it is who these are for. Nothing here assumes you train.

Honest about what it does

These tools ease tension and encourage circulation. They are not medical devices, they will not fix an injury, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Where guidance matters - angles, pressure, how long to hold - we look it up rather than guess.
